1. Police shot and killed a Fairbanks man Monday night who they say opened fire with a semi-automatic rifle on officers responding to reports of a domestic disturbance at a home on the west side of town.
2. Air Force investigators released a report Tuesday on what caused the pilot of Eielson-based F-16 fighter jet to declare an in-flight emergency shortly after takeoff last year.
3. An Alaska Small Business Development Center survey of mom-and-pop companies across the state this spring revealed a lot of pessimism, frustration and quick changes to business practices to react to an unstable economy.
4. Alaska officials who help resettle immigrants and refugees say they’re facing a lot of uncertainty amid the Trump administration’s crackdown on legal and illegal immigration.
